1.The roof hatch, made of galvanized steel, is designed to offer convenient access to roof top of a building.
2.It is equipped with gas cylinders providing an effortless opening of the door panel. 
3.Its heavy duty design and insulation ensure long life and low maintenance. Material: 16 gauge (1.52mm) steel frame and 20 gauge(0.912mm) satin coated steel door panel.
4.Cover: 14 gauge galvanized steel or 0.08” aluminum with 1” fiberglass insulation.
5.Curb: 14 gauge galvanized steel or 0.08” aluminum with 1” fiberglass insulation.
6.Gasket: Extruded EPDM rubber gasket permanently adhered to cover.
7.Hinge: zinc plated steel or stainless steel.
8.Opening: gas spring operators allow cover to open and close with ease.
Built in hold open arm locks cover into open position. Inside pull handle allows for easy control when closing cover. Maximum opening in 78°.
